It starts with low to medium pressure to attain a warm up then slowly the strokes get deeper to reach your inner muscle. Understand Side Effects and Precautions

Deep Tissue Massage has no side effect as per the previous cases, but you must take a few precautions before you go ahead for the therapy. One should avoid a deep tissue massage session if you encountered any case like bruises, inflamed or infected skin, skin rashes, unhealed or open wounds, tumors, abdominal hernia, fragile bones, or areas of recent fractures, etc. Also, one who is old in age lets say above 70 years of age, is not recommended for Deep Tissue Massage session.
